What an honor to even have you visiting my page! This is so surreal to me!

Lemme introduce myself my name is Clair Dunn i’m from Charlotte NC originally but now live in Charleston SC, I went to school and received my BA in textile design and have been reluctant to sell my own clothing due to fear of failing! But after, lots of pep talks from my boyfriend, family, and college/post college girlfriends I found the confidence and freedom to trust this path!

mended started as me in my one bedroom house hand sewing clothing because I desired a specific look that could only be found in high end runway level brands like khaite, proenza, TWP and others. After, wearing my clothing i realized how many people liked it and decide to start mended. As corny as it sounds I am so thankful for my path and how the Lord has lead me here. As I have many ups and downs with small business I learned so much over the years post grad and owe a lot of my success to ivy wagerman she was my boss at HAMPDEN and truly lead me and taught me in the most graceful way possible and I aspire to be 1/2 as patient as she was with me while I grew.
